The links to content of third-party Internet pages ("third-party content") which are provided on these pages were created by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) to the best of its knowledge and with the greatest possible care, and merely provide access to "third-party content". In doing so, the Ministry paid particular attention to the trustworthiness of third-party website operators and to the legality of the "third-party content". Since the content of Internet pages is dynamic and can change at any time, however, the continuous checking of all content for which each individual link was created  is not possible in each and every case. The BMBF has no influence over "third-party content" of external web pages to which it provides links and cannot assume responsibility for such content. The content of the pages to which links are provided shall be the sole responsibility of the respective provider or operator of the page in question. The BMBF therefore expressly refrains from making "third-party content" its own. The respective provider of the page for which the link was created shall have sole liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use or non-use of "third-party content". If we become aware of any infringements of the law in this regard, we shall remove such links immediately.
